Founded in 2020, Fresh Food Further was born out of Chef Andrea Uzarowski’s desire to offer a more personal, elevated hospitality experience to event and corporate catering clients.

With over two decades of experience in food and hospitality, Chef Andrea Uzarowski has honed an elegant, yet approachable culinary style inspired by the freshest local ingredients. Having trained in Michelin starred kitchens throughout Europe, her cooking balances the technical precision of fine dining with a personal passion for bringing guests together over vibrant, lovingly crafted meals.

Raised in Denmark, Andrea first earned her MBA and worked in investment banking before pivoting to a professional career in cooking. Over the course of her career, she has gravitated toward trailblazing mentors—including René Redzepi of Noma and Ana Roš of Hiša Franko—who have transformed the hospitality industry through their emphasis on seasonal cuisine and empathetic leadership. In addition to Fresh Food Further, she is the chef and owner of Süti & Co., a Scandinavian-style café and retail shop in Boulder, Colorado.
